This is my second post for today so please scroll down. Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to make fairy cakes. Beautiful cake cases are a must as is lots of icing and some cute decorations. Then they need to be all towered up on a fairy cake stand. No birthday is complete with out a fairy cake tower in this household!
A friend's daughter was coming over after her party on the weekend. So out came the baking essentials and a lovely tower of cakes were created using fabulous dark pink spotty cake cases. And with all this in mind I used the great Sweet Sunday sketch #85 and made this card. I thought the lovely mehndi medallions strip looked like a tablecloth and it felt so good to use one of my favourite older sets from PTI.
Supplies:
Stamps - PTI it's a celebration, birthday basics, Wplus 9 mehndi medallions
Inks - American Crafts rouge, blush, PTI vintage cream
Paper - PTI pretty pastels
Card - PTI pure poppy, simply chartreuse
Stickles glitter
Scallop punch
Oh my! This is super cute!! I love it! The little lace bottoms on the squares is adorable!
