make tracks

What do you do when the packaging of the gift vouchers you bought from a cycling shop yesterday to give to a friend today is really uninspiring? There was no time to order and wait for stamps to arrive so I popped over to twopeas and grabbed Hero Arts digi flower bicycle! On the twopeas links for this digi set was a lovely card by Laura O’Donnell which totally inspired this envelope.

The colours were inspired by the gift vouchers and the fact that I didn’t have a piece of card long enough to make the envelope! I created the main part of envelope out of some orange Bazzill and then added the flap in black with the edge of the flap cut with a Papertrey Ink edgers die. The sentiment is a There She Goes one from their Scootin’ By set and a flourish of twine and a button kept the flap closed and means that the envelope can be used again :)
