get whale soon

Oh boy did I have happy mail on Friday! The postie delivered the chunkiest parcel filled with new stamps! Twelve, yes you read that right, twelve lovely new sets from Clearly Besotted Stamps! More fun is that they are already available in the shop :) Over this coming week I'm hoping to get as many sets inky as possible. To start the ball rolling is this cutie from the Under The Sea set.




Firstly my apologies for an awful photograph :( Scottish weather was not being kind to my need for light LOL!

The card is a nice simple one - stamped the whale in Memento tuxedo black, coloured with copics, added glossy accents to the water spout and some die cut card waves stamped with the sentiment. Done!

Supplies: Stamps - Clearly Besotted Stamps under the sea; Inks - Memento tuxedo black, Versafine onyx black; Card - Stampin' Up bashful blue, island indigo, Neenah solar white; Copic markers; Ranger glossy accents; Die - Papertrey Ink small scalloped border; Papermania shimmer dots

    Just so sweet, Debby - I love how you did the waves in different colours! I've never heard of this company before - will have to check them out!

    I hope it's not too horrid for you up there! I had a meeting with someone from Glasgow and they say it's colder down here in the south (I met them in London) because our wind is colder - but at least we haven't had snow!
