giveaway!

Hello, my name is Debby and I'm a stash horder! I like to be neat and tidy (ish) but my propensity to keep things 'just in case' has meant that over the years I've been crafting my collection of craft items has grown out of control! I took last year's Online Card Class kick start which was filled with inspirational ideas on how to get your mojo going. One of the elements of the class was organising your craft space and knowing what you have. With that aim I set about tackling my patterned paper collection; I went through and cut down part used pieces of 12x12 papers into 6x6 pieces which I find more useful for card making. I have more paper than I could ever use in a million years so I have collected together some piles of about 100 6x6 pieces to give away! The papers come from the usual big name Paper Crafting brands but are mainly from older collections.

I'm trying to be realistic in what time I have to tackle my stash but my aim over the next few weeks/months is to sort out what I still want to keep and what I want to giveaway. I'm starting today with my paper giveaway and due to weight this giveaway is restricted to UK followers only. Sorry international friends, but your time will come; once I've tackled the paper mountain I'm planning on the embellishment breeding ground next and being lighter in weight I will post those items anywhere :)

So if you are one of my followers living in the UK and fancy a stack of 6x6 papers then please leave a comment below :)

Edited to add - this giveaway is now closed.

  3. Hi Debbie, sounds like you're doing exactly what I've been up to. I've decided everything has to earn its place in my stash, the trouble is you can always think of a reason whey you need to keep something and struggle to find the reason to give it away! Good luck with the sorting and thanks for the chance to share in your stash, Rebecca x x x

  5. Hi Debbie. I made an effort last year and promised myself I wouldn`t buy any more papers until my pile had gone down. Trouble is I get bored using the same papers over and over again.
So, as my stash has diminished a little bit I`ll be quite willing to take yours off your hands lol.

  7. Hi Debbie, I know the feeling of cutting down, have just sorted through my stamps can't believe how many I've not used in ages! Thanks for the great idea, I've been given 12x12 papers as birthday presents and just feel overwhelmed by them, never thought of cutting them down ready to use! Thanks so much for the chance to add to my stash!

  13. When I need to make a card 6x6 papers are so easy to use and I don't have to feel bad about cutting into a piece of 12x12 that I think I might need for my scrapbooking. I would love the chance to play with your paper excess.

  14. Hi Debby, I think I may be one of the very few seasoned stampers who do not have a large stash of patterned paper.... And I'm not sure why as I have more than one or two stamps.... !!!! Thank you for your generous giveaway - I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

  15. I don't live in the UK, but I like your idea of cutting the pieces into 6 x 6 pieces... maybe that would show me that those older scraps are either going to make the cut or not...
