Today sees the release of a set of dies in miniature - mini balloons, party hats and accessories - seriously fun! The size of the dies made for a great opportunity for some creative die cutting. I used the party hat die to create a die cut design from a white card panel.
The negative die cuts were backed with patterned paper and then one of the openings was dressed up as a party hat with a great matching sentiment from the You're Invited set. A little bit of bling finished it off.
Now it's time to hop on over to see Emily for more fun inspiration :)
Supplies: Stamps - Lil' Inker Designs you're invited; Inks - Versafine smoky gray; Paper - Teresa Collins tell your story; Dies - Lil' Inker Designs mini party; Rhinestones - Kaisercraft basics ice blue; Ranger Stickles star dust
Oh this is so adorable, I love it!

ReplyDeleteThis is why I love blog hops - to be inspired by such creativity. Negative space - yum. Love the juxtaposition of the graphic nature of the die cuts with the fancy PP. And those little blings are so pretty - or are those sequins??
