addicted to cards challenges

Good morning :) I was asked by the lovely Babi Kind over at Addicted To Cards Challenges if I would like to join them as a guest and set a challenge. I was delighted to accept and maybe it's wishful thinking but the challenge is to create a CAS card with a spring theme!

Here's my card; I used the delightful Butterfly Wishes set from Clearly Besotted Stamps paired with a snippet of background from their Building Blocks set and a sentiment from Flower Arrangement.

All very light and airy and hopefully reminiscent of fresh spring air that tempts you to throw the windows open :) I stamped the butterfly twice - once onto white cardstock and once onto vellum and then popped a pearl coloured with a Copic in the middle :)

I hope you will pop by Addicted To Cards Challenges and see what their Design Team came up with :)

Supplies: Stamps - Clearly Besotted Stamps building blocks, butterfly wishes, flower arrangement; Inks - Hero Arts soft green, Amuse bermuda, Versafine smoky gray; Card - Papertrey Ink vellum; Die - Clearly Besotted Stamps butterfly wishes; Stampin' Up adhesive pearl; Copic marker BG15

What a beautiful card - I definitely get that breath of fresh air with it. In fact, I may just go and open my windows...until I feel how cold it is! LOL!
