lil' inker designs sneak peek day 1

Welcome to Lil' Inker Designs new release with three fun filled days of new stamps and dies! Hopefully as part of the hop you have arrived here from Amy's blogIf not pop by and see Laura to start at the beginning so you don't miss anything.

Today the DT are looking at two wonderful dies I know you are just going to love - Mom and Dad word dies!

I opted to play with the Dad die and used a neutral palette but added interest with shine as a contrast to the rustic patterned papers. The sentiment is from the matching Mom & Dad Sentiments set which is has just perfect phrases to go with these dies.

Well I hope you had a good Easter weekend. We are in the thick of two weeks off school now, so as usual when the kids are home I will be less evident here on the blog and instead enjoying my family time :)

Next on the hop for more inspiration is the fabulous Isha!

Supplies: Stamps - Lil' Inker Designs mom & dad sentiments; Ink - Versamark; Card - Clear & Simple Stamps I steel got it, Papertrey Ink soft stone; Paper - My Mind's Eye on the bright side two; Enamel Dots - My Mind's Eye honey love; Embossing Powder - Hero Arts white; Dies - Lil' Inker Designs dad word; Ranger glossy accents

So hopelessly in love with this card, sigh!! Everything about it is perfect - the little metallic touches really help take it from neutral to sensational! I love that you used the scaled down version of your signature photography background paper as the pattern on your card! Stunning card!!

Lovin' the neutrals here and your fabulous shiny die-cut word. How on Earth do you capture the Glossy Accents so well in your pics? I find it a nightmare to photograph!
