happy birthday there she goes - day 3

To celebrate There She Goes's fourth birthday I'm participating in todays challenge which is brought to us by Sandra!!  She has challenged us to make a card or project using the inspiration photo provided, with a birthday theme of COURSE!!

From the inspiration I took the colour scheme and turned the layered cake into presents. I tried to incorporate the patterns from the cake - stripes (paper) and dots (balloons)

I took the solid balloon stamp from Numbered Days to create a background on my white panel which I popped up over some striped patterned paper. The extra focal panel was created using the presents from Scootin' By Accessories coloured with markers and the sentiment from Numbered Days.
